The Academy can draw on the experience of instructors who have worked as managers or consultants across all sectors. Master Ding himself has had extensive experience as a senior manager in a large organisation.
Alex Swainson, the Guildford Instructor, studied Management at Cranfield University and has worked as a consultant and in project and performance management, corporate policy and facilitation.
